The agreement between us.
These terms cover the Lamp website and the products offered under it.
Who you are contracting with
Lamp Solution Pvt Ltd, Kathmandu, Nepal. Where a product is bought under its own order form or plan, that agreement sits alongside these terms.
What the service does
Lamp builds software that prepares customer-facing work and presents it for review. A product does not send on a business's behalf except in the way that business has configured and approved.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you connect, for the messages you approve, and for holding the permissions needed on any channel you link to a workspace.
Acceptable use
Our products are for replying to people who have contacted a business. They may not be used for unsolicited outreach, to impersonate a person, or for anything unlawful or prohibited by a connected platform.
Fees
Paid plans are billed in the currency and cycle shown at the time of purchase. Charges made by a messaging platform or other third party are separate from ours.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and to give reasonable notice of planned interruptions. Where a plan carries a specific availability commitment, it will say so.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. On closure we remove the information the workspace held, in the way described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
