Who we are
Lamp Solution Pvt Ltd is based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and operates the products offered under the Lamp name. If you have a question about this policy, write to us and it will reach a person.
What we collect
Account details for the people who sign in to a workspace. Business information a customer chooses to connect, such as a product catalog, policies or saved replies. Conversation data received from the messaging channels a customer connects. Ordinary technical records needed to run and secure the service.
Why we hold it
To operate the product a customer has asked for, to keep it working and secure, and to meet obligations we are subject to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a customer's conversations to market to their customers.
Messaging channels
When a customer connects a channel such as Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, we receive conversation data through that platform's official interfaces. That platform's own terms continue to apply to the data alongside this policy, including any limits it places on how long the data may be kept.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to host the service, store data, send email and generate drafts. They act on our instructions and may only use the information to provide their part of the service.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service to the customer who supplied it. When a workspace is closed, we remove or anonymise the information it held, except where we are required to retain something.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where a business uses our products to talk to its own customers, that business decides what is collected, and requests are best directed to them first.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will post the new version here.
